The main objectives of this WP are:

To communicate with the European Commission;
To ensure effective management & quality control of project activities
To ensure data management, technical relevance and reliability of the results;
To ensure an effective and useful flow of information among internal and external stakeholders.

The main objectives of this WP are:

To define and set-up the common Living Lab model and the specific features of each regional Living Lab;
To empower the Living Lab communities with the knowledge and skills to engage, develop and assess co-creation processes across the Living Lab cycle;
To support, monitor and assess regional Living Lab operation;
To oversee the accreditation of regional Living Labs and promote long-term action for their sustainability.

Leader | UPORTO
The main objectives of this WP are:

To define soil health indicators related to each soil threat;
To establish a baseline for each experimental sites and lighthouses;
To design and set up experiments to evaluate changes and the rate of improvement in soil health.

Leader | UNITO
The main objectives of this WP are:

To monitor the results achieved in the Living Labs;
To provide tools for adopting soil-friendly practices tailored to each region and crop;
To ensure effective knowledge transfer and practical solutions for sustainable soil management.

Leader | UJAEN
The main objectives of this WP are:

To ensures the long-term feasibility of Living Labs solutions through alignment with a market strategy;
To promote multi-actor engagement in circular business models;
To characterize the needs and context of stakeholders within value chains and identifying opportunities for new products and services.

Leader | INOVA+
The main objectives of this WP are:

To plan, implement and monitor efficient Dissemination, Communication and outreach activities to maximize impact and visibility of the project to all target audiences;
To engage and cooperate with similar and sibling projects, ongoing initiatives and missions to foster sustainability of project results
To build a community of practice (CoP);
To implement training activities towards increased soil literacy, proactive awareness and co-ownership.
